The establishment agreement between ACRAM and the Gabonese Government was signed on 4 December 2018 by President Enselme GOUTHON and Mrs Clotilde Chantal BOUMBA LOUEY, Junior Minister to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, Francophonie and Regional Integration of Gabon.
